COMMITMENTS
Our fragrances are unisex, formulated without alcohol, colorants, added preservatives or UV filters.
Proudly Swiss, they are designed in collaboration with local perfumers and packaged in a laboratory in Montreux.
To limit our environmental impact, we favor durable materials.
DELIVERY
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of receipt.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing all the information about your parcel.
Delivery costs are free for all purchases made in Switzerland.
For other destinations, they are automatically calculated when the order is placed.

RETURN
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (excluding the Discovery Kit, for hygiene reasons).
Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging. Any promotional gifts included must also be returned.
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Prior to any return, please send us an email to contact@sensegeneva.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return.
