Welcome to our website. By using our site and placing an order, you accept the present GTC / GCU.

01 Scope

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC / GCU") constitute an agreement between two parties: the Vendor and the Customer, any person wishing to make a purchase via the Vendor's website: www.sensegeneva.com.

These GTC / GCU govern :

  • conditions of access and use of the www.sensegeneva.com website .

  • the terms and conditions of sale, payment, delivery and return of the products offered.

SENSE GENEVA reserves the right to modify these GTC / GCU at any time and without notice. The applicable conditions are those in force at the date of the order. In the event of contradiction, these GTC / GCU shall prevail over any other contractual document.

02 Products and information

Our products include perfumes and accessories.
The main characteristics of the products are described on the site and may be modified or updated regularly.
The photographs and visuals appearing on the site are not contractual. Their sole purpose is to illustrate the products offered.

03 ORDERS

You can place an order as a guest, without creating an account.
By placing an order, you confirm that :

  • the information provided is accurate, complete and up-to-date;

  • you have the legal capacity to enter into this contract.

Any order placed on the site implies full acceptance of these GTC / GCU.
Once validated by SENSE GENEVA, the order cannot be modified or cancelled. In the event of an error on the part of the customer (address, name, postal code missing, etc.), the customer must accept the order and return it at his/her own expense for reimbursement (excluding shipping costs).

04 Prices and payment

Product prices are quoted in local currency (CHF, EUR, GBP depending on your country of connection), inclusive of all taxes.
Delivery charges are added at the time of payment.

Payment is made exclusively via Shopify Pay, according to the means of payment available at the time of ordering.

By providing payment information, the Customer authorizes SENSE GENEVA to debit his/her credit card for the total amount of the order.
If payment is not validated, the order will be automatically cancelled.

SENSE GENEVA reserves the right to modify the prices of its products at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of payment.

05 Delivery

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from validation of payment.

Delivery times and conditions are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

On receipt of the parcel, the customer must check the general condition of the parcel and its contents. Any anomaly (missing, damaged, broken product) must be reported immediately by e-mail to: contact@sensegeneva.com, accompanied by photos if necessary.

In the event of an incomplete, erroneous or non-existent address, SENSE GENEVA cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or non-delivery of the parcel. If the parcel is returned, the refund will not include shipping costs, even if these were included in the initial price.

06 Returns and refunds

Return conditions are detailed in our Returns and Refunds Policy, the main principles of which are as follows:

  • The customer has 30 days from delivery to request a return.

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Return costs (shipping, insurance, etc.) are at the Customer's expense.

  • Prior to any return, the Customer must contact SENSE GENEVA by e-mail at contact@sensegeneva.com, specifying the order number and the reason for the return.

  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.

If a product is received damaged, broken or opened, SENSE GENEVA will propose a suitable solution: replacement or full refund.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the site (text, images, logos, trademarks, designs, videos, structures, codes, etc.) is the exclusive property of SENSE GENEVA or is subject to a license of use.
Any reproduction, modification, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

08 Limitation of liability

SENSE GENEVA makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the site is accurate and up-to-date. Nevertheless :

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continuous updating of the content.

  • We accept no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions or technical failures of the site.

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the site or the products.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any address errors or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

  • External links on this site are provided for information purposes only. We have no control over their content and accept no liability in this respect.

The products offered comply with current Swiss and European legislation. It is the Customer's responsibility to verify compliance with the local laws of the country of receipt.

09 Force majeure

SENSE GENEVA cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to meet its obligations in the event of force majeure, including strikes, pandemics, fires, natural disasters, wars, interruptions to transport or postal services, computer or network failures, or any other event beyond its control.

10 Modification of the site and services

SENSE GENEVA reserves the right to modify at any time, without notice, the content of the site, prices, products, as well as conditions of use or sale.

11 Applicable law and jurisdiction

These GTC / GCU are governed by Swiss law, the law of the European Union and the law of the United Kingdom, depending on the Customer's country of residence.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts will be those of Geneva (Switzerland), unless mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.
