Shipping policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
00 Pre-orders
Pre-orders are open from 20.11 to 27.11.
Orders will be prepared and dispatched by mid-December at the latest.
01 Processing times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of validation and payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
In the event of exceptional order volumes or special circumstances (out of stock, address verification, postal strike, etc.), processing times may be extended.
02 Order tracking
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the information relating to your order.
03 Delivery times and conditions
Delivery times may vary according to destination, carrier and local conditions (customs, public holidays, weather conditions, etc.).
SENSE GENEVA strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays due to external circumstances.
Upon receipt of the parcel, we invite you to check its general condition and contents.
Any anomaly (damaged parcel, missing or broken product) must be reported on the day of receipt, accompanied by photos, to the following address: contact@sensegeneva.com
04 Delivery charges

Delivery is free for all purchases made in Switzerland.

For other destinations, delivery costs are automatically calculated when the order is placed, according to the country and the shipping method selected.
Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees are the responsibility of the Customer. These costs vary according to the country of destination and local laws.
05 Address errors and non-delivery
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery information provided at the time of the order.
In the event of an incomplete, erroneous or non-existent address, SENSE GENEVA cannot be held responsible for any delay, loss or non-delivery of the parcel.
If the package is returned to SENSE GENEVA, the customer will be reimbursed for the amount of the order, excluding shipping costs, even if these were included in the initial price.
06 International delivery
SENSE GENEVA ships its products to Switzerland, Europe and the United Kingdom.
Certain restrictions may apply depending on the local legislation of the country of destination (in particular for perfumed products).
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the conformity of the importation and use of the products ordered in his country.
07 Force majeure
SENSE GENEVA cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure to meet its delivery obligations in the event of force majeure, such as:
strikes, pandemics, fires, natural disasters, wars, interruptions to transport or postal services, computer breakdowns or any other event beyond its control.
