Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

01 RETURN

You may return your items within 30 days of delivery (excluding discovery kits, for hygiene reasons).
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Any promotional gifts included in your order must also be returned.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the products are not in a perfectly resalable condition.
In the event of a product received damaged, broken or opened, SENSE GENEVA will propose an appropriate solution: replacement or full refund.

02 RETURN COST

Return shipping costs (shipping, insurance, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer , regardless of the shipping method chosen. We do not pay for transport or any additional costs.

03 RETURN PROCESS

Before returning a product, please email us at contact@sensegeneva.com specifying :

  • Reason for return

  • Your order number

Once the return has been received and inspected, we will confirm the refund.
The refund will be made via the same method of payment used at the time of purchase, within a maximum of 30 days.

04 EXCLUSIONS

The Discovery Kit is neither exchangeable nor refundable for hygiene reasons.
